Shipping policy

We ensure all of our shipping containers are durable and well secured before leaving our facility, however, in case of damaged goods upon receipt due to mishandling delivery or etc. Please email us at contact@sabeauapothecary.com within 3 business days of receiving your order with a photo, the order number, and we will review the status for refund approval. Please allow for 1-2 weeks for funds to be received upon approval.
